We had a special visitor for a few days. Our son Cody arrived from Toronto on Tuesday...a little later than expected which caused a fair bit of anxiety (he missed the plane!) The days were dreary, but that didn't deter the two of us from a walk at Hirtle's Beach. I had prebooked him a hair cut (he waited until he got home to shave off all the facial hair) and dentist appointment (what are mother's for after all?) and we watched lots of movies and generally just hung out together. On Friday, we headed into the big city to stay with G and DIL for a couple of days. As they say, time does fly when you're having fun.

Oh..I know how it is when our 'adult' sons come home..and how we are forever and always their mothers!!!
