Missing Dog

Missing from the Upper Branch, Nova Scotia area since 2:00pm November 15th....Cassie.Medium sized black dog, Giant Schnauzer/Standard Poodle Mix.She has a blue collar, with tags. Our name, address, and phone number are on one of the tags.We have been searching for her, but can't find her. She is an "inside dog" and will be hungry and cold. She loves car rides. If you see her on the road, please open your car door and she'll jump right in. Our address is on her tag. She is friendly, but wary. Please help us find her. We love her and want her back.

Tears are filling my eyes, not to be dramatic, but I can't imagine not knowing where she is. She's beautiful, Sara. I'm so sorry. Lord, bless this family with your peace and bring their girl home to them, safe and eager ♥

OH Sarah, I know that feeling and it's awful. Hoping your next post is a happy return. If this makes you feel any better.. our dog went missing from a kennel while we were away... in the snow and rain for SIX DAYS she was missing. Had a newly shaved coat too!!!.. we finally set out a have-a-hart trap near a house where she had been seen... and caught her that very first night after setting the trap out. I know your girl is too big for a trap, but they can survive that long in the cold weather, even little house dogs who are not used to the wilds.

Sara, I feel sick for you. At least the weather is not freezing one small blessing. Just posted a link on Facebook. Hope somebody sees it and reposts so people down your way might keep a look out.xox

Came by via 'BloomingWriter' Jodi...My big old dog-lovin-heart cracks in half for you, Sara. I know how I'd feel not knowing where my Callie-girl was. I live across the bay in NB, so can't look, but I can send honest, real dog-prayers that she has found friendly loving people who are caring for her right now and that she finds her way back home again.

I hope you find Cassie safe and sound soon. I know I'd be in a panic if one of my dogs were missing :(
